Very very professional! I was not once rushed to make any decision as typical used car salesmen would. I like to bring any prospect cars to a local certified car shop and Mr. Bruno let me have the car for as long as I needed to get the car thoroughly inspected by that car shop. The paperwork was very straightforward. Smooth transaction. (I will come back again on this post after 20k miles to update you all on the car)

I was very happy with my car buying experience with Bruno (the owner) and I did complete a smooth purchase. Its a small dealer so there was no pressure, no BS, and the car was described accurately. I felt the car was also attractively priced, and unlike most dealers, he was even willing to negotiate reasonably to make me happy. But if you like high pressure, relentless calls, overpriced cars, and salespeople with no clue about the cars they sell, by all means go to the huge dealerships. However, if you're like me and want a simple and straightforward car buying experience, give Bruno a shot. I did and weeks later I'm still very happy with the car I bought.
